It is often said that it takes two to Tango. In this case of a service-driven company, it’s the chemistry between customers and people that makes the music. This workshop utilises Tango, an interactive, experiential business simulation tool. In Tango, six knowledge-intensive service base firms enter into stiff competition as they try to win clients and recruit key personnel in a rapidly changing marketplace. The overriding challenge is to develop both the intangible and tangible assets of the company and to secure the long-term profitability.
