PMWorks will do short sharp project health checks to ensure that selected projects are correctly positioned to move to a subsequent phase or stage. Unlike a project audit, a health check is forward looking with the aim of identifying the current strengths of the project management approach that need to be maintained and any areas of concern. If concerns are revealed PMWorks will outline the potential implications and risks and suggest remedial actions.
