Our Consultants have a great deal of experience in managing the procurement of items involving complex requirements and investments of millions of dollars. We apply a formal and logical approach to our work, which enables a robust and transparent process, in overview this will consist, at a minimum, of:

  • Solution requirements determination – involving all of the stakeholders
  • Vendor invitation selection – pre-qualification of a short to medium list of potential vendors
  • Document preparation and issue – a clear articulation of the requirements that form the principal inclusion of an Expression of Interest (EOI), Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP) or a Tender, depending on the stage in the selection process and the items.
Proposal Evaluation

The evaluation of responses requires expertise to consistently assess each of the proposed solutions against the requirements and any other criteria that need to be considered, such as cost. Therefore, detailed evaluation criteria must be determined and weighted in correspondence to their importance and each solution carefully scored against the criteria. Often short listed vendors are invited to present their solutions to a pre-defined scripted request for a final selection.

Contract Negotiation

Once a preferred solution has been identified and agreed upon we can assist in providing a structured approach to the negotiation of a win-win outcome for the acquisition of the solution.
